Amkhoib offers comprehensive File Implementation Sessions to equip contractors with skills for safe work environments. Training covers Health and Safety File Management, ensuring preparedness for all team members. Required documents include Certified ID Copies, Medicals with Annexure 3, and Proof of Competency/Training Certificates. Our sessions enhance safety, reduce risks, and promote continuous improvement.

Acting as your consultant, we compile essential documents like Health and Safety Plans, Fall Protection Plans, Traffic and Waste Management Plans, Risk Assessments, Incident Management Procedures, and Toolbox Talks. Our customised approach promotes safety, mitigates risks, and ensures regulatory compliance confidently.
Contractors Health and Safety Specifications
Amkhoib provides tailored Contractors' Health and Safety Specifications to ensure adherence to the highest safety standards on every project. Our expert team collaborates with clients to develop comprehensive specifications outlining health and safety requirements, procedures, and protocols. We prioritise regulatory compliance and risk mitigation to create a safe working environment. Partnering with Amkhoib ensures your projects meet or exceed industry standards, minimise risks, and prioritise worker well-being.
In addition to the above
We also have a fleet of vehicles that are fully equipped with a printer, and each consultant has a laptop. Your site notice (which is a photo report) and/or site matrix reports will be typed and printed on-site and a copy thereof will be issued to your construction Manager/Supervisor, who in return will sign our copy as acceptance of the content. This report is to be filed by your construction manager/supervisor, in your health and safety file. The soft copy is then placed on our server, and you will receive the report within 24 hours. All photos taken during both the site notice and matrix (which will be the content of your file in its current state) are also kept on our server if required in the future.
