CONDITIONS FOR ACCOUNT DELETION:

• Termination of employment with Amkhoib.

• Change in job role that no longer requires site inspections.

• Extended leave of absence (accounts may be temporarily deactivated).

ACCOUNT DELETION PROCESS:

• Account deletion requests must be submitted through your supervisor or HR representative.
• Upon approval, your account will be deactivated within 30 days.
• Personal identification data will be removed from active systems.
• Inspection records associated with your account will be retained for legal and compliance purposes.

Data Retention After Account Deletion:

• Site inspection records are maintained for legal and regulatory compliance.

• Personal identification information is removed from active systems.
• Historical inspection data remains associated with Amkhoib’s records, not individual accounts.
